Meross connectivity can be hit or miss
This air purifier is fairly decent. It’s not too loud on the mid setting. I like that I can set it to turn on/off automatically though the home app but I’ve noticed the meross connectivity can be hit or miss sometimes. 4/5 due to that alone. Other than that it’s a good option.

Possibly the best value smart air purifier
I use this purifier every night for a month now and it works without issue. I’ve noticed an improvement in the quality of my sleep since using this in my bedroom. This coupled with a diffuser can drastically improve the atmosphere in a room. Just make sure not to place diffuser to close or the purifier will filter the diffused oils too quickly. I have this fully automated through HomeKit. No connection issues in my home. I love the ability to “set it and forget it” till time to change the filter. It is very quiet if you need it to be. At full speed the sound is like a small fan set to medium.

I liked this air purifier; but, ended up returning it due to lots of wi-fi disconnects.

Squeaky at high setting
Sounds very high pitched squealing at high setting which is annoying at night. But other then that it’s been fine

Great smart purifier!
I’m very satisfied with this acquisition, the air feels lighter and the dust and hair are well controlled. I love the design as well. Is not heavy so is easily transported. Thanks to Amazon for delivering it to my door.

The App is a Scam & Doesn’t Power Up
When the machine arrived, I read the directions, unpacked it and plugged it in. No lights and pushing the power button did no good. So, I decided to go to the qr code and download the app. It took me to a page asking for a credit card to verify my identity. Promised it was free. I immediately got a text from my credit card company asking if I’d authorized two separate charges. There we have it. It’s going back.

Intermittent high pitched whine.
It has a high pitched whine that changes volume and intensity, and that’s going to be a no-go for me.Seems to work fine, the Homekit features and ease of setup are great.Meross customer service took over a week to get back to me- you can only email them, not call- and didn’t really seem interested in remedying the problem. So, back it went.

Makes high pitch squeal on high
The Apple HomeKit integration is simple, but flawless. You can turn it on, off, and adjust the fan speed. Everything was great until I turned it on high. My wife and I like the loud white noise sound of air purifiers while we sleep. Unfortunately, this one makes a weird high pitch squeal that starts low and gets louder, then drops low again and climbs to high, over and over again. It sounds like the fan is struggling. Honestly it is driving us crazy. I would have returned it, but I threw the box away. This was a big disappointment.

Loses connection constantly.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Just like every other Meross device I’ve ever had, this piece of junk constantly loses connection. To get it back onto the WiFi network, I have to remove it from HomeKit and reinstall it. So annoying. Wish I had just paid the extra money and bought a Sensibo or other reliable device. Don’t waste your money.

Totally fails to connect to HomeKit.
I worked through troubleshooting with their support. Multiple phones and an iPad trying to connect this to HomeKit. I actually purchased two of them and neither connected to HomeKit. Returned next day after troubleshooting. I have tons of Meross stuff, and occasionally have some trouble pairing, but this just wouldn’t.

I love this but wish it covered a larger square footage area
I love all the Meross products. I love how well they work with my Apple HomeKit app. I love using my HomePod minis and my phone to control it. I love that I have this set to turn on and off at certain times of the days and if someone has walked in the room then it turns on but turns off when I leave etc. but that is all through the Apple app. This air purifier itself doesn’t have many functions other than four settings of strength. It does not test the quality of your air which would be very beneficial in an air purifier and it also covers a very small square foot space. I need two of these just for my actual bedroom being much larger than the square footage this device covers. I wish I had looked at that more closely. But if they come out with a newer version of this that covers a much larger area and has a few more features in it I will certainly buy that one too. Meross has not done me wrong yet. I also love the hundred percent strength sound. Obviously it’s a little louder but it is the perfect white noise fan sound that helps me sleep but if you don’t want to hear that and you put it at 75% strength then you really don’t hear this at all. There’s definitely no high pitch squeal as some previous comments had claimed. They must’ve fixed that if it was a real issue because I am very sensitive to those kinds of sounds myself and that does not happen with this.
