Very good product, not yet installed right because am with problems in application, but if work is an ideal solution

Unit recieved in good order. The keyway did not fit my roller tube. Spent the whole morning with Dremel making it fit. Installed it is a slight bit uneven when all the way in up position. I cannot set upper and lower limits. Instructions show 9 controller where I bought single controller. Not sure if that is why and if the instructions are different for single controller. I do not have the hub so I have not tried it with the app. Otherwise it does function and is quite silent. If it wasn’t for the issues I’ve mentioned, I would be quite happy.
