    Great product – HORRIBLE iOS App

    Be prepared to be amazed at their products. We love them. They just recently changed the interface of the iOS app and it is an absolute nightmare. Since not all of their products can use the Apple Home app, you are stuck with using their app.

    I have a $100 paper weight

    I really was looking forward for a HomeKit enabled air purifier, but this was not it. It is extremely annoying to add to your HomeKit home and it will just randomly show no response so you have to reset it and re add it to the HomeKit. 4 months in it just completely stopped working and they won’t let us return it.

    Great quality. Slight noise.

    We purchased four in November of 2021. Some of us with allergies saw an improvement within 24 hours. There is a little noise with a higher pitch than a fan alone. So, don’t purchase with the hope that it has a “white noise” side effect. The sound hasn’t bothered me. Finding the replacement filters has been difficult. Please help me find replacement filters? Please, please, won’t you help me. Please, please help me now.

    Loud!

    Not many HomeKit air purifiers to choose from so cant really compare this to any others. I can however compare it to non-Homekit ones and I would not buy this if it wasnt Homekit compatible. Why? Well first its too small. Sitting on the floor its useless so it has to sit on a table or shelf. Its also noisy. Anything above sleep mode and its very noticeable. Has a kinda annoying whiny sound to it. And its way overpriced for uts features (or lack therof). The most annoying missing feature is any sort of auto setting! For its pricepoint this is pretty bad. Ive seen air purifiers for half the price that have auto settings. Hopefully an upgraded larger model with added auto setting will be forthcoming.

    Nice Air purifier

    Nice HomeKit air purifier. This unit does everything I need but it’s not as smart as I would like. Air purifier stays connected to HomeKit and runs pretty quietly. The only downside is you cannot set automations and the room size is a little limiting. If I could sit custom automations for this unit I would give five stars.

    Love it!

    I’ve been looking for a HomeKit air purifier and this is it guys, I love it a lot! The only down side it makes this small annoying sound when it’s not running not sure why maybe there’s to many power being pulled or something but overall I love it

    Great for the price

    This affordable, HomeKit compatible air purifier has been great. Setup was easy. You don’t even need the manufacturers app if you don’t want to bother with it. We have two and they’ve been running for 3 months without issue.They can get a bit noisy at full speed so I setup and automation to turn them down at night.

    Another Great Product From a Great Company

    As an Apple user, my selection for smart devices that work with HomeKit are either too few or too expensive. So, when I went searching for smart plugs and bulbs a few months ago, Meross was a great choice. When I decided to grab a smart purifier to clean out the pet dander in my bedroom, Meross is the first spot I looked. While the app isn’t great, if you are looking to use this within the Home app, it won’t really matter. Simple set up, simple use, great price (since I found it on sale), and works seamlessly. The only reason it isn’t a five star altogether is because I have only been using it for a few weeks.

    I use and love many different meross products. This air purifier is a nice edition to the smart home devices in my Apple HomeKit. Love how quiet it runs while being effective and that I can see the filter condition in my home app. Great product!

    I dig it, it’s really quiet and (in my opinion) attractive!

    The media could not be loaded.

     This thing is great. It’s fairly quiet, even at the loudest setting. It’s sleek and attractive too (in my opinion). It’s a cylindrical shape, so there’s no sharp corners or edges. This was important to me because I have a child on the way. I purchased one of these units, and was so happy with it we put another one on our baby shower list for my child’s room.The filter seems to last a while, and replacing it was fairly easy. I’m glad the power cable is detachable, and just USB-C so if that fails, I can just find another power cable for it. I’m really happy with this unit. The child lock is a nice feature also.     I generove Meross products. Very good quity and has an integration with Smartthings… This air purifier is no exception. It is quiet and works very well in a large room. No complaints at all.

    Terrible costumer service

    The device worked for the first couple of months. Then suddenly STOPPED! The lamps are on but no feedback from the fans whatsoever!I tried resetting in multiple ways, yet All failed.The worst part was reaching out to costumer service! First, They gave me the “pre-set” steps which led nowhere. The next email they asked me to reset the device through a hotspot on an Android device!! MEROSS, are you freaking kidding me? I purchased this device because it’s HomeKit compatible! So, I replied with “I don’t own any Android devices, can you provide any solution through any Apple device?”.. They never answered me again! Complete silence!I feel sad investing in MEROSS! Smart bulbs, smart plugs and the broken air purifier.If a buyer can’t get any reliable costumer service, then what’s the point?!Stay away from this brand!

    Needs more HomeKit functions.

    Compared to the other HomeKit enable Air Purifier isn’t the best with automations. Missing air quality which makes it hard to automate fully.

    Fantastic, just wish it had an air quality sensor

    I love this thing. Just wish it was a tad smarter. Also, I love that I can view the filter life in HomeKit, but please Meross, add a way to reset the filter within HomeKit.

    Clean look. HomeKit and Siri. Filter life # and you can have it set to no lights.

    Best HomeKit air filter. I have two other from two other manufactures and I’m going to replaced them all with these Meross. I’ve been running them at 25% usually which is enough. They get loud at 100% for sure but I don’t think one needs to have it that high. It was very easy to setup HomeKit using my iPhone. Recommended.

    Don’t Last Very Long

    Installed filters 10 days ago and they are at 89% right now. They are easy to put in and there is a simple filter reset in the app. Filters work fine, I just wish they lasted more than 6 months or if the price was just a little bit lower.

    On/Off Connectivity Issues. Died after 4 months.

    Was initially excited to be able to use an air purifier through HomeKit. However, I had to reset the device every couple of weeks since it kept showing up as non-responsive in the Home app. Then, after a few months it stopped working altogether. When I plug it in, the four LEDs at the top light up but the device will not run. I’ve tried pressing the button, resetting the device, replacing the filter, but it still doesn’t work. Went through their email support’s self-repair/factory reset steps also to no avail. Quite frustrating experience overall.

    Wouldn’t recommend

    I’m a smart home enthusiast, especially for Apple’s HomeKit. This is one of the worst products I’ve used. Their garage door control is phenomenal. Never had an issue sense installation, but that air purifier has taken so much of my time I couldn’t in good conscience recommend to anyone. The biggest issue turned out to be the WPA3 btw
