The sensors are working properly, the home assistant was found without any problems through a third-party ZigBee Gateway. Of minor drawbacks: the battery compartment is made too compact, because of this, the lid scratches the batteries (you can see in the photo), the problem is solved by removing the protrusions on the lid with a blade or sandpaper. The wire to the sensor consists of two thin conductors, it can be cut and soldered at the junction if you need to shorten. Otherwise I would like an inexpensive ZigBee sensor on 2 * AAA batteries without additional wires, which can be simply put on the floor.

The quality is normal. Decided and quickly connected to the smart life through the ZigBee Gateway. Works even from finger closure. A relay will arrive, I will connect the pumps (to the well and the 2nd lift) with control from the sensor so that they turn off during a leak.

Arrived pretty battered but it looks like the contents are ok. These sensors work reasonably well with Hubitat under various drivers. Already have one & they’re accurate as to wet/dry & can survive the remote sensor head being submerged, some sensors can’t.
